Smooth body, vibrant acidity, and gentle sweetness. Coffee has been grown by The Perez family at La Soledad since 1895. Over the last decade or so, under the stewardship of Raul Perez, La Soledad has started to cultivate more and more specialty coffees and milling on-site. For those who are fans of the variety, this will be right up your alley no doubt.
