Guatemala Santa Clara Pacamara (Washed). Pacamara arabica thrives in volcanic soils at high altitude, developing a large and dense coffee bean that requires careful roasting. At Santa Clara the ripe cherries are hand selected, fully washed and sun-dried and we love the complex, chocolatey and zesty profile this coffee delivers. Please note we only hold limited stock of these products, but we aim to roast at least two times a week (T&Cs apply). Flavor profile: Chocolate.
