Guatemala MAYA-by Sail. 80% of the MAYA coffee comes from the Qawale project. Renardo and Jacqueline Ovalle, are dedicated producers who are deeply engaged with their farm teams. Together, together with Belco they have created the Qawale project—a regional coffee initiative designed to bring real impact to the Huehuetenango coffee community. Qawale provides agronomic, technical, logistical, and above all, financial support to local growers.
