Description
Guatemalan Monte Rosa. Grown in San Marcos on the Nueva Granada Estate at an altitude of 1400 to 1700 metres above sea level. Varieties are Caturra, Catuai, Bourbon and Geisha and it is a wet processed coffee. This is a high grown coffee. Coffees that are grown at a higher altitude and are considered to be of a superior quality. The slower growth of higher altitude coffees produces a harder denser bean, that gives a more consistent flavour, rich, smooth and delicious. This is a Rainforest Alliance coffee.
