Flavour Profile: Peach, Dark Chocolate, Rhubarb Heritage: From the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais Grown in altitude of 1030 masl Yirgacheffe Washed Process The combination of an Ethiopian varietal and Brazilian terroir creates a remarkable cup profile that showcases the best qualities of both origins. Located in the Cerrado Mineiro region since 1977, Guima Café is produced on the São Lourenço and Brasis farms, in the municipalities of Patos de Minas and Varjão de Minas. The farms span plains and valleys at an average altitude of 1,030 metres, covering a total of 1,300 hectares.
