Strawberry - Raspberry - Caramel This lot comes from farmers in the Halo Beriti kebele, Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, with farms sitting between 2150–2250m. Cherries are purchased locally, sorted, floated, and naturally processed at Ephtah Coffee's 3.5-hectare site in Lalesa — dried on African raised beds over 12–15 days with no added fermentation..
