It comes from COMSA (Café Orgánico Marcala Sociedad Anónima), a cooperative founded in 2001 by 69 farmers determined to produce coffee in harmony with the land. Today, with more than 1,200 members, COMSA is recognised as a leader in sustainable agriculture, known as much for its community initiatives as for the quality of its coffee..
