Jairo Arcila Java Varietal – Java Preparation – Anaerobic fermented natural Location – Armenia, Quindio / Villarazo Altitude – 1400-1450 masl Importer - Cofinet Jairo Arcila is a third-generation coffee grower from Quindio, Colombia. He is married to Luz Helena Salazar and they have two children together, Carlos and Felipe Arcila, who are the co-founders of Cofinet, an export/import business for their coffee. This coffee was grown by Jairo Arcila at the farm Santa Mónica and harvested from Java varietal trees.
