Description
Japan, Nakayama Estate Arabica Typica (Natural) Okinawa Island. Mr Tatsumi Kishimoto and his family have operated the Nakayama Estate, one of the largest of the approximately 20 coffee farms on Okinawa Island in Japan, since 2015. Mr Kishimoto produces both Arabica Typica and Mundo Novo coffee varietals, all of which are naturally processed. The cup for both varietals is unsurprisingly excellent – bright acidity and fruity, juicy tones – and doubtless a reflection on the Japanese approach to perfection in everything they do.
