Jardines del Edén Striped Bourbon Varietal – Striped Bourbon Preparation – 45 hour fermented natural Location – Quindio, Pijao Altitude – 1900 masl Importer - Cofinet A rare and visually striking mutation of the classic Bourbon variety, Striped Bourbon was first discovered in San Adolfo, Huila, recognised by the distinctive vertical stripes running down its cherries. Cofinet planted this exotic cultivar at their Jardines del Edén farm in Pijao, Quindío, in 2020, and it has thrived in the farm's high-altitude conditions ever since.
