Description
Kenya Nandi Hills Anaerobic Natural. Great Rift Coffee is a family-run farm in Kenya’s Nandi Hills, established five years ago following a transition from sugarcane to coffee. Their aim is to showcase the potential of Nandi Hills as an emerging specialty coffee region. This lot is sourced from a group of nearby smallholder farmers who have long-term partnerships with Great Rift. Each farmer cultivates coffee on their own land before delivering their cherries to Great Rift for careful processing. The same volcanic soils that supported sugarcane for decades now nourish SL28, Batian, and Ruiru 11 coffee trees.
