Description

Kenya Kirinyaga Inoi Ndimi AA. Deep-toned and juicy with vibrant notes of red currant, pomegranate and sweet yuzu followed by a long cocoa nib finish. Origin: Inoi Cooperative Society, Ndimi Coffee Factory, Kirinyaga, Central Kenya. Process: Washed and sundried. Elelvations: 1600 metres above sea level. Varietal: SL28, SL34, Batian, Ruiru 11. The Ndimi Coffee Factory was established and is operated by the Inoi Farmers Cooperative Society. There are 540 contributing smallholder producers who delivery cherry to the factory from their farmland in the area.. Flavor profile: Chocolate.
