Description
Say hello to Night Rider Decaf. Our house decaf more than holds its own next to its caffeinated counterparts! This indulgent decaf coffee is sourced from smallholder farmers in the Alto Paranaìba region of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The coffee is processed in Varginha, then decaffeinated in Bremen using the Sugarcane (Ethyl Acetate) method. This natural process opens the beans’ pores, removes caffeine with EA solution, and finishes with steaming, drying, and polishing, ensuring quality, sustainable, and ready-to-roast coffee.
