This vibrant and fruit-forward coffee is sourced from the high-altitude regions of East Africa, where traditional farming methods have been passed down for generations. Grown at elevations between 1,400 – 2,000 MASL, the cooler climate and diverse landscapes contribute to a complex and refined flavour profile. Smallholder farms in this region often use intercropping to provide natural shade, promoting healthier coffee plants and enhancing the beans` unique characteristics.
