Description
We were asked to provide a new darker roasted coffee blend utilising the Java Jampit. Many coffees would be lost against this classy bean, due to it's full body and spicy flavour. To compliment the Jampit we decided on a Ethiopia Yirgacheffe fully washed and Brazil Ipanema pulped natural. The Ethiopia provides a fruity blackcurrant flavour and acidity, with the Brazil providing the deep creamy body and mouthfeel. These characteristics added to the Jampit's spicy notes makes for a delicious cup.
