Markus Espresso Blend. A mixture of 6 of the very best Arabica beans, formulated by Mr. Markus himself in 1960. It is renowned for giving a fantastic cream which is crucial for an espresso. This "crema" prevents the loss of volatile composites, which contribute to the wonderful aroma of our espresso blend.
