It is a blend of the farms that deliver coffee to the El Borbollon Mill. Processing on the farm follows the natural method, with coffee drying on raised beds for 18 days. The coffee is dry milled at El Borbollon.. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit, Chocolate.
