Mayni Indigenous Community Coffee. Easy Jose’s story starts with the Mayni, and this has been our signature coffee since the beginning. The coffee the Mayni Community harvests grows beneath the forest canopy, each bean carefully handpicked and subjected to a fully washed process, enhancing the natural flavours while minimising the impact on the environment. This method guarantees a vibrant cup of coffee that reflects the essence of the region, rich with notes of chocolate, honey, almond, and a hint of orange acidity.. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit, Chocolate, Honey, Nutty.
