While it is impossible to be entirely zero waste, we love to come up with creative ways to repurpose any of that pesky unavoidable waste! You may have already seen that we sell our hessian coffee sacks, donate the sales to Girls Gotta Run, and give away our chaff and Grain Pro bags to be reused. A certain amount of green coffee “waste” is inevitable, be it unused samples or ends of sacks not quite enough to make up a full roast.
