Description

Decaf, but done properly. This lot from Veracruz is processed using the Mountain Water method at Descamex, where pure water from Pico de Orizaba gently removes the caffeine while keeping all the good stuff intact. No chemicals, no compromise — just clean, full-flavour coffee. In the cup, expect a smooth, easy-drinking profile with soft sweetness and a mellow, rounded body. Subtle notes of cocoa, light caramel and gentle fruit make this a go-to for any time of day (or night). It’s proof that decaf doesn’t have to be boring.
