Description

Merly Leon Varietal – Yellow Caturra Preparation – Washed Location – Cayuyu Altitude – 1800 masl Importer - IAC Merly Leon is a second-generation coffee farmer. She grows varieties that ensure the quality of her microlots, always above 85 scaa points. She focuses on producing small microlots from a range of varieties grown on her farm. After the selective harvest, the coffee beans are fermented for 24 hours and then pulped to remove the outer layer of fruit.
