Mexico Chiapas Mountain Water Organic Decaf Coffee. Hayman is very happy to introduce you to our Chiapas Organic Decaf, a superb specialty coffee from Mexico. It is an organic coffee and was decaffeinated using the innovative Mountain Water Process. There are various extraction methods for removing caffeine from coffee – some of which are safer than others. While many companies continue to use potentially harmful solvents and chemicals, the only completely safe method is the Mountain Water Process (or similar chemical-free decaffeination processes).
