Mexico Café El Zapoteco Nº 342. A firm Rave favourite from smallholder producers just outside Oaxaca City, Mexico. This coffee is grown organically by default, with the farmers tending to a very small number of trees under a natural shade canopy. The coffees are sweet, accessible and high quality year on year.
