Grown in the lush, mountainous region of Chiapas in southern Mexico, these beans benefit from rich volcanic soil, high altitude (1,200 - 1,600 metres) and shade-grown farming practices that protect biodiversity and enhance quality. This family-run farm, Don Pepe, has been crafting coffee with care since 1992.. Flavor profile: Nutty.
