Description

Mexico Mountain Water Decaf - Dark Roast. The Mexico Mountain Water Decaf comes from the Finca La Laja farm, a single estate near Huatusco, Veracruz, at an altitude of 1,100 metres. The farm, owned by the Sampieri family for three generations, is certified for sustainable production. The coffee undergoes the Mountain Water Process (MWP) by DESCAMEX, which uses pure glacier water from Mexico's highest mountain to gently remove caffeine while retaining the beans' original flavour profile.
