Sakubel is a washed Mexican coffee from the highlands of Chiapas, produced by Indigenous Tseltal farming communities using traditional shade grown farming methods passed down through generations. In the cup, expect notes of dried fig, caramelised sugar, and lime marmalade, with a rounded sweetness and a gentle citrus finish. It’s an approachable, well balanced coffee with plenty of character. It works well as both espresso or filter.. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit, Dried Fruit, Caramel.
