Mule's Pick Bujumbura Burundi. A standout honey-processed cracker from rural Bujumbura, available as a limited release only. This Red Bourbon crop undergoes a careful honey process, constantly turned and dried over several weeks to lock in those natural fruit sugars. The result is a vibrant, complex brew with serious notes of sweet cherry, rich date, and cola. Proper processing, proper kick-ass.. Flavor profile: Dried Fruit, Honey.
