Description

Naecaf - Washed. aroma, flavour - orchard fruit, floral, caramel. The autumn/winter run of Naecaf has been sourced from our wonderful friends in Colombia, Cofinet. Decaf fan or not, we are sure everyone will love this. This coffee is the result of the hard work of 65 growers situated in the shelter of the Andes mountain range in Popayan. Expect a balanced cup with orchard fruit, a floral undercurrent and caramel notes. This coffee has undergone the unique sugar cane decaffeination process. The green beans are put into a steam chamber where the silver skin is removed from the bean.. Flavor profile: Floral, Caramel.
