Our second coffee release from El Diviso, the farm of Nestor Lasso in Colombia, is set to become your favourite seasonal lot this year. Expect vibrant tasting notes of redcurrant jam, elderflower liqueur, and hibiscus. Nestor Lasso, a third-generation coffee farmer, took over the family farm with his brother five years ago. At just 25 years old, he shifted the farm’s focus toward producing exceptional micro-lots and refining post-harvest processing. Prioritising quality over quantity, the brothers have transformed the business with an emphasis on craft and environmental sustainability.. Flavor profile: Floral.
