NOTES OF Treacle/ Chocolate/ Banana Bread ROAST Medium Roast ORIGIN Brazil PROCESS Anaerobic Fermentation ALTITUDE 900-1100 VARIETAL Yellow Bourbon *Limited Release* This special lot is produced by Fazenda Bom Jesus coffee farm, ran by couple Gabriel and Flavia and located in Cristais Paulistas in the Alta Mogiana region of Brazil. The cherries are loaded whole into steel barrels and left to ferment for 72 hours in an Oxygen free environment, before moving onto drying.. Flavor profile: Chocolate.
