Nicaragua (Cafetos Dipilto, Washed). This stunning Nicaraguan Coffee from the super Mercanta is a wonderful Central American find, and a Salford favourite origin. We have added the perfect Nicaragua 'finca San Antonio' medium roast profile (award winning) to this coffee meaning it is a delicious omni-roast: perfect on espresso and juicy on filter! Like the soon to be back with us San Antonio coffee, this washed Cafetos Dipilto (Segovia dept.) coffee is clean, sweet and full of flavour and nutty goodness. It is bold and strong bodied on espresso with a mild acidity.. Flavor profile: Nutty.
