Description
Nicaragua Jinotega Honey. Sourced from a single farm, 'Las Morenitas' resides in the Jinotega region of Nicaragua and grow this incredibe new varietal: Marsellesa. A hybrid of Hybrido de Timor and Villa Sarchi, created in Nicaragua itself, to improve the quality of coffee and make it resistant to Rust. It’s also part of the WCR Verified program. The farm itself ensures quality in their produce as well as set an example of ethical standards in the induistry by paying their workers 35% higher than the market standard.. Flavor profile: Honey.
