Varietal – H3 Preparation – Washed - Yeast Fermentation Location – Jinotega Altitude – +-1300 masl Importer - DR Wakefield We've manage to find something truly special that features an unusal processing method involving yeast fermentation and some truly amazing flavours not usually found in washed coffees. Farm Overview: This stunning microlot comes from Santa Luz, a section of La Bastilla estate located in Jinotega, Nicaragua. La Bastilla estate is a large Rainforest Alliance certified farm covering 311 hectares with a total of 160 hectares planted for coffee production.
