Night Flight, decaf - Espresso/Filter. Night Flight is a blend of high quality decaffeinated coffee from Brazil and Colombia. It is an allrounder suitable both as espresso and filter coffee. Our aim was to create a decaffeinated coffee that still has lots of flavour, and you don't notice that it is decaffeinated other than you can still have a good nights sleep, even if you had a coffee after dinner. To decaffeinate coffee is a complicated process and is done at specific plants. Caffeine is removed through chemicals or through the Swiss Water method or through the Co2 method.
