North Sea Ledger (Coral Coast Blend). This is Coral Coast Blend. We've only changed the name. Same beans. Same roast. Same cup. The Guatemala La Morena from Huehuetenango. The honey-processed El Salvador from Finca Serbia. The same dark chocolate, cherries, and orange peel. If you've been buying Coral Coast for years, this is the coffee you've been buying for years. Nothing has changed except the name on the bag. Why the change? Coral Coast was a name from an earlier chapter. North Sea Ledger is closer to the truth: a Scottish roaster's considered medium roast, rooted in where we work.. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit, Chocolate, Honey.
