Nott Coffee - Ursa Major, Rare and Unusual Decaf. ursa major, rare, unusual decaf. When tasked with creating a special decaf for our coffee shop Bjorn Speciality Coffee in Holmfirth, we knew this was the exact style of coffee we wanted to offer. Ursa Major is our new top tier decaf. The precise coffee will change over time, but will always retain the same quality level, representing the absolute peak of what is available right now. To start things off, we have a Pink Bourbon from Finca Las Flores, Pitalito, Colombia. Grown at 1,750 metres, this decaf comes from brothers Johan and Diego Vergara who have built on more than 30 years of family coffee farming.
