Nott Coffee - Supernova Single Origin Natural Colombia Decaf. 1-STAR GREAT TASTE AWARD WINNER 2025 A single origin natural sugarcane decaf selection of Castillo Colombia and Caturra varietals grown at 1850masl, roasted to a medium-light colour. High sweetness, balanced acidity and a medium body with floral tasting notes of dried fruit, orange and hazelnut Working with social enterprise importer Raw Material, I selected this natural process coffee from the Villamaria Red Association in the Caldas region of Colombia. Villamaría's processing station, Jamaica, was chosen due to its perfect climate and altitude for the drying of naturally processed coffee.. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit, Floral, Nutty, Roasted.
