Peru - Cajamarca - Wholesale. Sourced from smallholder producers in the high-altitude regions surrounding Jaén in northern Peru’s Cajamarca region, this coffee is shaped by rich volcanic soils, tropical rainfall, and an ideal growing climate - all key ingredients for exceptional Arabica. Many of the producers contributing to this blend work independently, harvesting coffee mid-season and processing it on their farms using traditional methods. Cherries are hand-pulped, fermented, and carefully dried on patios or raised beds before being delivered as parchment coffee to Falcon’s Jaén warehouse.. Flavor profile: Winey.
