PERU – ELVIS & MIREZ JAÉN, CAJAMARCA | PERU Sourced from the highlands of Jaén, this lot combines microlots from two dedicated producers: Elvis Reynerio Tineo Rafael and the Marin Mirez family. Growing at elevations up to 1,850 masl, these producers lean on generations of expertise to navigate the region’s humid microclimate and rich clay-loam soils. In partnership with Falcon Coffees Peru’s "Specialty Plus" project, both producers focus on meticulous quality and sustainable farming.
