It swings into butterscotch on the finish, lasting into a long and lingering aftertaste. An exceptionally complex coffee with an unusual story! Tucked into the cloud-draped hills of San José del Alto, deep in the Jaén province of Cajamarca, Northern Peru, Finca La Palestina is a farm that rewards a closer look.
