Description

Peru Los Amigos Del Oso 100% Organic. This Peruvian coffee offers a clean, balanced cup with notes of citrus, red apple, and soft stone fruit. A gentle caramel sweetness and smooth body round it out, with a bright but approachable acidity. Grown in the highlands of Cajamarca, this coffee comes from a network of smallholder farmers working with the Cooperativa Agraria Frontera San Ignacio. Sitting between 1,350 - 1,890 masl, these farms border the Santuario Nacional Tabaconas Namballe a protected area home to the endangered spectacled bear. Los Amigos del Oso (Friends of the Bear) is more than a name, it’s a conservation project.. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit, Caramel.
