Description

Peru San Ignacio Dark Roast. With notes of stone fruits, chocolate and toasted nuts this is another delicious coffee from Peru. This one is darker roasted to bring out the nuttier characteristics of the coffee bean. Celebrating over twenty five years, Cenfrocafe was founded in 1999 with 220 small-scale coffee farmers and currently serves more than 2,000 farmer members within the lush Cajamarca region. The co-op provides support to its members including: technical assistance and quality control workshops, marketing services, and economic and leadership training for the young people in their rural communities..
