Ponaire's Indian Monsoon Malabar Coffee Beans undergo a distinctive aging process, where they are exposed to the moist monsoon winds in open warehouses before being bagged and shipped for export. This unique method results in softer, lighter-coloured beans that roast exceptionally clean. The natural aging contributes to the coffee's soft milk chocolate sweetness, experience smooth milk chocolate notes with a subtle hint of vanilla, accompanied by a medium acidity and body..
