When purchasing a 'Pot Luck' you will receive a bag of coffee roasted within 60 days of the date it is shipped out to you. Whilst you won't be able to choose which kind of coffee you receive, from time to time you might hit the jackpot and receive an unreleased test roast, or something much more expensive than the price paid.
