Description

This is a very specific blend of Central and South American high grown pure Arabica beans. We formulated this blend to yield a coffee that maintained some brightness but with a reasonable depth and sweetness in the finish that would work well as an espresso coffee or as a superb filter coffee. The Colombian element of the blend imparts a buttery nutty flavour and balances beautifully with the creaminess of the speciality grade Brazil and the zestyness of the El Salvador coffee.
