Origin: Colombia Producer: Smallholder farmers (Planadas, Tolima) Process: Washed Varietal(s): Castillo, Caturra, Colombia It’s taken some time to find, but this is it. Our house coffee. The one we always have on. We were looking for something simple in the best way. Consistent, balanced, and easy to come back to. This does exactly that. In the cup, it’s smooth and extremely drinkable. Soft blackberry, a bit of fresh apple brightness, and that familiar milk chocolate sweetness tying it all together. Nothing too loud, nothing missing. It’s the kind of coffee you reach for without thinking.. Flavor profile: Berry, Chocolate.
