Description
Rwanda Coproca Natural Coffee Beans Grown in the lush hills of Rwanda’s Western Province, this exceptional natural‑processed coffee comes from 603 smallholder farmers in the Nyamasheke District. At altitudes of 1,830–1,950 meters, the cherries develop rich sweetness and vibrant flavour. Only the ripest, highest‑quality red cherries are selected. They’re carefully sorted, floated for density, and dried slowly on raised beds for 35–40 days. Farmers turn the cherries every half hour and protect them from harsh sun to preserve their delicate fruit character.
