Rwanda Gakenke Decaffeinated Coffee - Swiss Water Decaf Process - Strength. Decaf Coffee Cupping Notes At 2,000 metres above sea level, the Ruli washing station offers stunning views of Rwanda's Mount Kabaye. First of all, please note that this is a natural, dry-processed coffee, so the cup taste profile varies tremendously to the rest of our decafs, which use the wet-processed method. So, this "marmite" coffee is quite earthy, jammy and acidic. We just want to make you aware of this as some customers have been a bit surprised by the taste!
