Rwanda Kilimbi Natural. One of our most anticipated coffees of the year has returned! Exceptionally moreish, it delivers a creamy, chocolate-rich mouthfeel layered with jammy berry sweetness and a subtle, warming hint of sherry on the finish. Now in our sixth year working with Kilimbi, we’re proud to continue our partnership with Muraho Trading Co., who operate the washing station on the shores of Lake Kivu, which is still only accessible by boat. The natural process involves keeping the entire coffee cherry intact to allow the fruit to impart flavour to the bean while its dries.. Flavor profile: Berry, Chocolate.
