NOTES OF Hazelnut/Tobacco Leaf/Honeycomb ROAST Medium Roast ORIGIN Brazil PROCESS Natural ALTITUDE 1000-1200 VARIETAL Catuai & Caturra Santa Colomba is our newest lot from the Rainforest Alliance certified Daterra Cooperative in Brazil. It sits within their Classics collection, which aims to celebrate the major coffee growing region of Cerrado in Eastern Brazil. It’s a classic example of a natural processed Brazilian coffee; sweet, rich and full bodied. We’ve taken it to a medium roast to bring out as much of the body as possible.. Flavor profile: Dried Fruit, Honey, Nutty, Roasted.
